What goes into an R&F building

There’s more to a shed than what you see when it’s finished. From site-specific engineering through to fabrication and construction, here are some of the details that go into every R&F Steel Building.

REINFORCED RAFT SLABS AND ENGINEERED PIERS

Designed around the soil, terrain and structural requirements of your site, with edge and/or internal beams used where required.

PORTAL FRAME HOLD-DOWN

Cast-in galvanised U-bolts or stirrups provide a reliable structural connection between the portal frame and slab.

AUSSIE STEEL. LOCAL FABRICATORS.

Relationships matter. We work with trusted teams we’ve known for years, delivering precise, consistent and dead-straight steel.

WELDED & BOLT PORTAL FRAMES

The main steel components are prefabricated and welded locally. It means a faster and stronger build with zero wasted time.
